At Hello.LA.Girl®, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure all garments are free from makeup, perfume, or alterations to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip provided in your portal confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
